The Eternity of Tomorrow

“Nighttime is not the same anymore. Sometimes it is longer. I never know when the police could come.” - Mapuche child

The Mapuche are the largest indigenous group in Chile. For almost a century, they have claimed the right to recover their ancestral lands. Protests and clashes with the police over these land disputes have led to an increase in violence against the Mapuche by the State. The Eternity of Tomorrow focuses on the severe and lasting impact of this violence against Mapuche children and teenagers.
